I'm used to horror stories of Artist Alley being a big risk money-wise for the first few and, bar my plane tickets, @Helium managed to break even! Sleeping Rainbow Dash and MikuHaku were my two most popular pieces and everyone loved the bookmarks I had available; especially the Bidoof one that my friend
I want to thank everyone that came by and showed an interest in @Helium's work and a special thank you to everyone who went the extra mile to support us and purchased a print or commission. I'm sorry everyone who arrived after I closed commissions but, even though I completed near 10 commissions before the second day I still couldn't draw fast enough to accommodate everyone who was interested. Next time I hope to be even faster at sketching AND bring copics so that I can color on site quickly and efficiently. I'm sure many were especially interested in color pieces but I wasn't able to accommodate.
Also, one more thank you to everyone who came by to see us the second day just to talk to us or say hi; three lovely girls specifically come to mind. ;3 (Good luck on next year's ipod cosplay!) Sorry if I was a bit loopy the second day. My first artist alley left me a bit mentally exhausted.
I hope to see everyone and more at future alley runs! Thank you again and see you all next year!
